Cake Mix Cookies

I wanted to share this super easy and great tasting recipe for cookies with you all. It is so simple - and even if you think that you "can't bake" - I am telling you that anyone can make these cookies!! Just 3 simple ingredients and you are set.

You can use any variety of cake mix that you like, and any or all of the "add-in's"I have listed. Or you can come up with your own twist. The combinations are seemingly endless.

Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box of Cake Mix (any brand, any flavour)
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Add In's: Chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, dried fruit, coconut, M&M's/Smarties, coconut

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, vegetable oil, and contents of  the cake mix package. Stir well to combine all of the ingredients.

Stir in 1 cup of "Add-In's" if desired. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet or silicone baking mat. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Cookies will appear very soft at this point, but will harden slightly when cooled. These cookies have a very chewy texture which I love, so if you are looking for a "crunchy" cookie - This is NOT the recipe for you.

~Enjoy!~
