Cheesy Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

I picked fresh green beans today and was wondering what to do with them. I had about 3 or 4 cups. I also had a packaged stuffing mix and didn't really feel like eating it plain. I tried a green bean casserole last year for christmas with the crumbled french fried onions on top, and I thought it was really tasty. This recipe is a similar concoction.

Ingredients:

3-4 cups fresh green beans (you could use frozen in a pinch)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10oz/284ml) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 package stuffing mix
1 cup hot water
1 tsp margerine

Heat oven to 350 F. In greased casserole dish, arrange green beans. In a large bowl, combine cheese, sour cream, milk and soup, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir well and pour over green beans.

In another bowl combine stuffing mix, butter and water. Let sit for 2 minutes. Sprinkle stuffing over top of soup/vegetable mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and top of stuffing has browned.
